These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TodayFits mobile app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The service

TodayFits suggests outfits based on weather conditions. Suggestions are provided for inspiration only — what you choose to wear is up to you, and we make no guarantees about suitability for any particular activity or condition.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the app under the laws of your country.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to break the law.

Intellectual property

The app, its content, and its branding are owned by TodayFits and protected by applicable laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TodayFits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on outfit or weather information.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you like, from Settings → Delete account.
